Virginia Coalition for Quality Child Care. A coalition dedicated to developing an early care and education system/infrastructure that ensures that all young children in Virginia are cared for in nurturing environments that promote developmentally appropriate learning, school readiness, and school success. The first major accomplishment of the Coalition was T.E.A.C.H.

Scholarship Programs

T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood Virginia. Provides scholarships and increased compensation for child care providers to earn credentials up to an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education at a local community college.
