Early Learning NH. A professional association for the entire early childhood education industry, by expanding and streamlining those services that have previously been delivered through the NH Child Care Association, the NH Family Care Association, and Invest In Kids.

Public/Private Partnership

NEW Partners Study. New Hampshire is one of the New England states involved in the NEW Partners Study, which is identifying gaps in the New England child care workforce. This initiative is funded through the Child Care Bureau in Washington, DC.

Tiered Reimbursement Rates

New Hampshire has instituted a tiered reimbursement rate based on licensure status (three levels: licensed exempt, licensed, contract agencies). New Hampshire supports accreditation through grants from HHS, and the Community Development Finance Authority.
