Tiered Reimbursement Rates

Missouri pays higher reimbursement rates to child care centers and family child care programs that are accredited by National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), Council of Accreditation for Services to Families and Children (COA), National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC), National School-age Care Alliance (NSACA), The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF), National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA), and Missouri Center for Accreditation System.

Wage Incentives

Workforce INcentive (WIN) Project. A research-based project designed to address teacher and director recruitment and retention in early childhood programs through the provision of bi-annual incentive payments. WIN is a project of the Opportunities in a Professional Education Network (OPEN Initiative).
