Connecticut Charts-A-Course (CCAC). A statewide professional development system for early education and school-age care, aimed to enhance the quality of child care services in Connecticut by supporting providers in obtaining training in both traditional and non-traditional settings, by providing financial assistance opportunities, and by defining standards of training.

Tiered Reimbursement Rates

Connecticut pays higher reimbursement rates to child care centers and family child care programs that are accredited by National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), Council of Accreditation for Services to Families and Children (COA), National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC), and National School-age Care Alliance (NSACA).
